Fashion TV (Paris) and BBC World?

Does anyone know if DirecTV plans to add, or is in negotiations with, Fashion TV (not to be confused with the Fashion Television Channel based in the US) and the 24 hour news channel BBC World (not be confused with BBC America)? These would be wonderful additions -- either in SD or HD.

It's my understanding that both channels are already beamed to North America.

I know Fashion Television was removed about a year ago, so to add another that is similar probably will not happen. As far as BBC feeds, I thought they already did that 264 which is BBC America, also Airs BBC World news.

BBC World News is also available to cable/sat providers as a separate channel, which shows BBC's news 24 hours a day. I personally think that BBC World News should replace Fox (Faux?) News Channel, but there are plenty who would disagree with me.
