Fast birdog question about dtv119

Hi , I had a birdog meter i got about 5 years ago and never had a problem with it.......but i sold it on ebay last week and now got told that the guy had no problems getting a signal on dtv 101 but couldn't get any signal on the 119.......he said he used a different meter and verified this with another birdog he has.....my question is since i never did any updates on it could that be why? thanks

I would say yes it needs to be updated.

Maybe if you posted this in the installers area you would have better luck.
