For me fine living will start when Dish allows to replace my 811 and 942.

IMO they belong in the "sports pkg".

Well this channel actually had demand from listening to past chaz chats.

It sounds very similar to Wealth HD except it's not HD

If you enjoy shows about homes and cars, it's a great channel. It's not "fluff" at all IMO.

It all depends on your tastes. I know some people that would enjoy such a channel.
