FireTV Stick fails to authenticate

I'm on vacation and I resurrected an old FireTV Stick with which to watch DishAnywhere. It's been offline so long it demaned I go to dishanywhere.com/activate and enter the code on the screen. This is the result:

Follow the instructions on your device, then enter below the activation code generated on your TV screen.

(Code entry field expunged.)

Success! Please check your device.

I can check my device until hell freezes over, but it fails to activate. Got any ideas?

Easier said than done. I see no option to check for an update. It's running 2.5.10. I'll try de-installing and re-installing and see if that fixes anything.

Edited to add: It's gone and searching for the app again results in nothing to install.

Yep, I just uninstalled Dishanywhere from my Firestick and went into the store and downloaded Dishanywhere App. It downloaded and I was able to activate it and I was working fine.
