forced software download

Can anyone please guide me through the steps of doing a forced software download? thanks

Reset by pushing the red button behind the closed door where access card is located. As it comes back on, push 0 2 4 6 8 on your remote.

You can do a reset from the controler also.

menu>setup>system setup>reset
press the - to do the reset and then as soon as you see the video come back on your TV press 0 2 4 6 8 and you will down the lates software release.

This is the preferred way, it's easier on the recr.
