Laughed at this one. Here, I'll start it off, I'm a sports fan but want the sports package. But I don't want to pay for it, and because of the employee credit I'm ineligible for promotions. That's just not fair....

Well, I just went on and I'm not getting it in HD. I've got the 250 package, and when checking "favorites" it shows up in both SD and HD. I picked both, only the SD shows up.

Well, I just went on and I'm not getting it in HD. I've got the 250 package, and when checking "favorites" it shows up in both SD and HD. I picked both, only the SD shows up.

reboot the receiver and it should show up.
