It's currently bouncing between 58 and 63 quality for me on an Openbox -- normal quality is at least 70 and steady. Still perfectly viewable though. I'd love to know what's wrong with it as much as the rest of you, but if you're not getting it AT ALL, then either you're in a weaker part of the coverage area, you're slightly misaligned, or your receiver's sensitivity is terrible.

RT is normal quality (75-76%) on the Openbox using motorized dish #2 (90cm Azure Shine 3ABN) this morning at 7:43 a.m. Central Time.
