Galaxy 10R 11,988V

I am trying to get the channels at 11,988V on Galaxy 10R. Per Lyngsat.com the parameters are:

FREQ: 11,988MHz
SR: 6510

I've adjusted the frequency somewhat to either side of the specified value to no avail. An older printout of this transponder lists the frequency as 11,986MHz. The newer information list an additional channel and the 11,988MHz frequency.

SATCO DX lists this as being
FREQ: 11,985MHz
SR: 5152

Niether of my two receivers finds anything at either of the above parameters. Strangely enough the feeds at 11,720 which are normally a problem for me are working fine. Signal Strength is fine.

Which of the above are the "correct" values to use? Anyone else having issues with this transponder?

Those channels seem to be gone, Lyngsat seems to be the most trusted list out there. And if they had changed they would not be listed in an open area.
