Accordingly, PanAmSat IS AUTHORIZED, for a period of 3 days, from June 29, 2007, to July 2, 2007, to continue to conduct space station Telemetry, Tracking, Control, and Monitoring operations while at the 75.5° W.L. orbital location and to operate the Galaxy 17 in the 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) conventional C-band frequencies, and in the 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) conventional Ku-band frequencies, at the 75.5° W.L. orbital location for the purposes of conducting in-orbit testing in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in its application, the attachment to grant and the Commission's rules.
