that's great!! It dropped to 3.58 here in Western Ma, and we are pretty happy about that.

We've got refineries in Richmond, CA, close to us (as in less that 50 miles), but no cigar....

Holly Refineries is right here in the City as you leave downtown, Tulsa East Refinery and Tulsa West Refinery along the Arkansas River. Oklahoma is also a fairly rich oil and gas state, we pump a lot of oil here compared to how much we use. California may produce twice as much oil as Oklahoma but we probably only use a 10th of what California uses. Tulsa is now off the dirty air list, so we quit using the more expensive specialty summer blends this year too. We also get a lot of crude from the Gulf of Mexico and Texas pumped up from Houston to Tulsa and distributed from the Cushing,OK distibution hub. So we are kind of lucky to be in the sweet spot so to speak.

Navaho is 40 miles north in Bulldog country, but that gas goes to California ...

$3.63 at Costco today, and that's the cheapest around. $.90 a gallon difference is ridiculous.....
