Gift card broken promise

Anyone have any issues with a promised gift card?

I called on September 8 and threatened to cancel b/c of the loss of NFL Sunday Ticket - they offered me a $200 gift card. I called back today to find out what might have happened, and they have absolutely no record of it. Anyone ever run into this?

I signed up for stream over 6 weeks ago still no 300 visa gift card.Missed this in the FINE PRINT. I was just told have to stay a stream customer for 90 DAYS then will get card . WOW.

File a complaint with your state's Attorney General's office. I've used my state's AG more than once and they have quickly resolved the issue in my favor each time. You can do it on-line and there is no cost involved. That's what they are there for.

I've had issues with an old C-band provider, Fedex, a local oil delivery co, Ford, and Dish all resolved by the AG's office, it's worth a try.
