I signed up with D* four months ago and have not yet received my free gift (portable DVD player). I've emailed/called customer service a couple of times already and each time they tell me to allow three more weeks for processing. Is anyone else out there getting the run-around concerning their free gift?
 
When I called they said they ran out of DVD players and they are now giving everyone $50 Visa cards.

The request for the cards takes an other 4 weeks as they had to fill out an other rebate form for you in there system.
