Got my HR44

Then you have a badly aligned dish, a faulty lnb, or a line of sight issue. How about all of the signal strengths on all satellites, except 99s and 103s?
 
You need to call Directv and have them fix it then. Is the lnb you are using now the one that they installed?
 
I'm guessing the installer used an sl3 because he couldn't get a signal from 119. Does the one he installed have only one pod on it? Using an sl5, but not getting a signal from 119, you won't get any guide data. Can you post a picture taken from behind your dish looking southwest?

I've called directv they are sending a tech Monday. Also is there a way to tell if WTLF Tallahassee will broadcast in HD anytime soon? I saw that it was in testing last year.
 
Checking the transponder map chart at dbstalk, I don't see that WTLF is in testing. That doesn't mean it isn't though.
 
BTW, if the installer tells you that you can't get the 119 satellite from where the dish is, insist that he moves it to somewhere that you can, assuming there is one.
