Grandfathered pricing still in effect?

I just got my latest online bill from Voom. I have 1 STB and the Va Va Voom package.

Here is the bill:

So it looks like my old $79.90 for Va Va Voom plus $9.50 for the STB rental and also $0.79 for incidental taxes?

Weren't the prices suppose to change effective Jan 1st?

No they were not! There were some rumors posted by some, but who belives rumors anyway?!
