Your response to this guy was great, I got a good laugh out of it. Although I think it would have been better if you had just told him to "dial 1-800-333-dish and they could help him". He probably would have done it too.

: ) It a shame the hackers don't take a moment to read the rules, its non stop, but on the other hand the guy could have been duped into a hacked box and I guess he could always go back to the legal software. Its a thin line.

I get PM's asking how to do it...I always say "why don't you ask it in the FTA section" The sad part is people are gullable and do it.
