Guide not updated

My channel guide is not updated. (stops at 6 pm today). I have the phone line connected and ran a check and the phone line is working. My updates are set for 3 AM. I moved the update time to now, but the guide is still not updated.

Is there anything I need to do in order to update my tv guide. I want to set up some timers, but can't.

try a front panel reset hold the power button in for about 6 to 8 seconds that should give a full guide.

Run a check switch, that usually forces the guide to be updated.
