anyone know what the transponder? and whether they are also the updates of

If you look at his address he is listing it as MEXICO. Since the new 119 bird went in they don't pick up a lot of 119 anymore. So he most likely isn't getting a good download of his guide.

What ever happened to DISH Mexico? Maybe DISH needs to add an all English pack of channels to the DISH Mexico service for all the Americans living in Mexico.

There are about 125,000 Americans that live full time in Mexico. I think, as MikeD has commented, that an English pack would be beneficial.
