0x404A, had this upgrade on 02-05-08 at 331am.
When I shut off the receiver for the night and turn it back on the following day, it automatically goes to the "TO DO LIST". Then, I have to hit OK + SCROLL DOWN to DONE+ ENTER and it will go to the last channel from the prior night shut off. But, if I shut it off for an hour or so to watch OTA or DVD and then turn the H20 back on, it will go back to the last channel watched.
Called tech support again today and sure enough the direct line 800 and extension # the "specialist" gave me yesterday does not exist.
After calling the regular tech support # again, the "specialist" finally admitted today that they are having a problem with Mitsubishi sets. I do believe that if I had told the "specialist" that I owned a MAZDA TV instead of the Mitsubishi, she would have blamed it on that brand.
Solution.... wait for new software upgrade per her recommendations.
The setup settings have not changed on my H20. I have compared item by item to the original settings from a list I made when it was newly installed. And yes, we did do a cold boot about 10 times and also 3 "rehits" yesterday. Wasted another hour with the "specialist" yesterday.
I have had this set since 02-2006 and I really don't want to exchange it with a refurb or have IRONWOOD come out to "CHECK" to make sure the settings are correct. I would rather go to the dentist and get a root canal than deal with IRONWOOD again.
