H21-100 Receiver Startup Question..

I Needed Reset My H21-100 Receiver When The Screen Say Step 1 Of 2 Checking Satellite Settings All Most Done Why Does The Resolution Lights Scrill????

since its a HD receiver it checks resolutions..nothing to worry about. My R22 does the same thing (and it is only a HD receiver if there is another HD receiver on the acct...otherwise its stuck in 480p mode yet the lights scroll when doing a reset

It Started When I Had A Bad Rain Storm And Knocked Out The Signal And Resetted...

what happens when you unplug it from the outlet for like a minute or so then plug back in?

It Stopped After I Unpluged It...
