I use my Harmony 665 with my Roku Ultra all the time, no problemo. You just have to have good straight visibility between the two and the Roku is very fussy about a direct shot. Also he is having issues with his Harmony and the Hopper+. This issue will never go away because the Hopper+ is Android and Google insists that any remote must have voice command. The Harmony's do not.

I use a non voice command remote with my Hisense Android TV with no issue.

Google demands that "Dish" Android remotes have voice command available. So Dish threw out the 40 remote as useful on the +s for this reason. Of course the 40 remote can be duplicated on a Harmony remote. I can use my harmony remote just fine on my TCL Google TV as well.

Onam not sure why they treat one device differently than another but thanks for that clarification.
