I have seen countless threads of Dish customers getting issues resolved via the Dirt team here at satelliteguys.If they have helped you in any way raise your hand or,vote yes in the poll.
Yes they do Ler,I know they get a lot of thanks here at satguys but,would hope they get more recognition on the web as a whole.If Dish had more Dirt,and more exposure to Dirt,it would benefit the customers and Dish as well.
They have adjusted my account several times. Zach also switched my programming from my old VIP622 to my new VIP722k a week ago, completely seamlessly, over PM!!
I'm one of the fortunate ones that have never had bad service from a Dish rep though, whether over the phone, via Chat, or DIRT.
Matt (speedy) Gonzalez hooks it up. He quite simply does what he says he's going to do. This one thing is beyond a lot of the csrs I've had the opportunity to deal with.
