George Litto's $100 million lawsuit over CBS' reboot of Hawaii Five-O is being settled. The parties were before a Los Angeles Superior Court judge this week during the first phase of a trial when CBS attorney James Curry informed the court that the matter had been resolved.

So I guess we can expect a tragic death to ensue in the season finale. After all , I can't see them breaking up after she left the navy to join 5-0 , and Steve pledged his love for her. So looks like a bullet to the head ,just like Kate on Ncis.

Also from what I've read/heard, she has received a lot of criticism from the fans since she became a series regular last season. It might be pressure that caused her to go. If you go on her Twitter page, she posts a lot of "antics" about her life especially in the "last two years". From what I have read, she is quite a drama queen.....
