HBO and on demand

Does HBO not offer on demand with direct tv? Can't find it anywhere on the list.

HBO actually charges xtra for VOD (channels like Starz offer it free to subs), above the price for just having the channels (which I feel is BS, and I have HBO), and Directv has not agreed to it.

Yepp, the premium channels are quite stupid. Showtime last night was charging $25 for the MMA PPV, but it was only SD. To get it in HD, you had to sub to Show. This is dumb, because I woulda gladly paid $25 for a HD fight, but instead I can add Show, then drop it two days later, for about half of that $25. Dumb.
