HD DVR Recording Time

Hello everyone.

I am new here. Long time user of DTivo with upgrades from Weaknees. My question is as follows - Are there upgrades to the capacity of the new HD DVR's? Or are they fixed at 30 hours HD recording? I usually have 60-100 hours of shows recorded on my Tivo. That is why the question.

I just want to see what makes sense to go to.

You can plug in an external eSata drive for as much capacity as you want in an HR20. There are some with 1.5 tb raid setups (2-750 gb drives). Very long thread at DBSTalk about it. Only thing is that currently an external drive replaces the internal, not adds to it. So you plug in your 750 gb, it will automatically format it and you're good to go.
