HD Receiver

I had Voom service and it was shut down a few months ago and now I am with Directv again. Is there any way to use the Voom HD receiver for Directv HD or do I have to buy a Directv HD receiver. If so what do I have to do to make it work with Directv? Also if i have to buy a new receiver, is there anyplace I can just buy only the receiver, no card, no dish, just the receiver?

Ebay, classified area on this board, a pawn shop, newspaper classified, friends with older models no longer in use.



If you can get this post moved into the DirecTV or DirecTV HD area, you might find some people here trying to sell some great items.
