Hd Temp Reading 722

I just got a laptop cooler to help cool my 722.
I was wondering how soon i should expect the average temp to decrease?
I have used the cooler all day and have not seen the avg temp decrease yet.

Any ideas?
Do i need to do a reset or something to get a new temp reading?

Give it a few days to get going and about a week to really see a difference in average temp. Mine really made a difference. I was running about 125 average before I got my laptop cooler. After about a month or more, it's running about 114 average now. Of course, it's also started to cool off where I live, so the house isn't getting as hot during the day, so that's probably helping.

Where do u go to check temp in the menu??

My high is 138 low 114 avg 123
