You have to redo your settings again,there is no way to recover old/deleted settings,their gone.sorry.

You should not need CS to do anything.

It does because it's deleting your settings and saving the factory default settings you accidentally chose,sorry.

What receiver do you have? I know on a 922 you can save the settings to your remote and then restore them. Maybe that's what you saw when you said it saved your settings.

It saves them to the remote on the 722k, as well. But, I don't know what the backup/restore procedure is. That's where a CSR or DIRT member might help.

What was "saved" was the default settings and empty lists to the receiver's memory.

If he has either the 722k or the 922 if he has used the System Wizard to save his timers then he will be OK. If any other receiver he is over with and will have to start over.
