HELP- Lost video and audio

This morning I was watching TV when my picture suddenly froze up and the screen went blank. Now all I get is the channel descriptors with no pic or audio!! The descriptors and guide are up to date so I'm getting some feed. At first I thought the problem was with DTV but the rest of my receivers are working fine. I have a Mitsubishi SR-HD5 that is about 4 yrs old. Im hoping it's a simple fix. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried disconnecting the power? Let it set for a moment and then reconnect the power.

I only have one Mits left (replaced the other 2 with Sammys) and I remember one of them giving me trouble like this.
