Help with KoreaSAT

Does anyone know if I can pick up KoreaSAT in the U.S.?

and

If it's FTA? or a paid service??

Do you mean the Satellite KoreaSat 5 at 113 East and KoreaSat3 @ 116 East?
If so, nope, those are on the other side of the world.

The only satellites that we can see are the ones with "W" at the end (for west)
