Guys I have been trying to get my cband dish peaked up. On some satellites iam getting the horizontal transponders and not the vertical ones. This is my dish setup:
Its 89inches in diameter. Dish depth of 12inches. Iam using a C1-PLL cband lnbf. Where should I have the scale set up on the top of the lnbf see the attached photo.
Thanks in advance.

Depends if this is a fixed or motorized dish.

If a motorized dish, the "0" is aligned with the vertical axis of the dish (12 o'clock position when mount is centered at the peak of the arc "True South").

If fixed, "0" is the vertical probe and aligned with the skew angle for this satellite at your install location.

Here is the install guide. It should answer any install or alignment questions.

Read through this: BUD manual
You should center the 0 with either 12 or 6 'o clock on your dish.

Ha Brian and I posted at same time. After your go through either of those install guides and still are only getting one polarity, then your receiver is not switching as it should.
