Help with PCI card

I have a small-form dell pc, with 4gigs of Ram and a dual core processor, I want to use this pc as my FTA receiver.
Do you know of any SMALL FORM PCI fta cards out there?

I have a 32 inch LCD monitor connected thru the standard VGA port, will I be getting good High Def image out of that?
