Help

At around 20 something miles, you could probably get away with an indoor antenna placed near the southeast corner of the house.

Do you have any commercial FM close to you? Yes?** Try an FM trap. RS Catalog #: 15-024 near the television.
Something else to try: Make a 2 or 3 turn loop in the coax a foot or so from the television, about 6 inch diameter, as it may attenuate any interfering RF getting to the TV via the outside conductor. Ground the coax to the houses ground before it enters. Ground block
nd always make the coax run as straight as possible. No bundle of excess stuffed into a corner.
May have to do all steps above if it's really strong, and even all that may not be successful. How is 11 working at a neighbors?
Try a different television.

**Looking at http://www.ontheradio.net/ appears there are quite a few within 5 to 20 miles. FM 2nd harmonic is probably the problem. (disclaimer -But I can't guarantee it, or a solution -)
