Ram, right now most of the dish HD (HD, ESPN HD, etc) comes off of the 110 bird. You need a dish pointed Echostar 6.

If you look at the packages on the Dish website you see that the Top 60 is their lowest package and only costs $27. Add $10 for HD and (assume) $5 for Voom add-ons and it should only cost $42. Did I miss something?

That pricing without locals. Locals adds $5. If you look at the Digital Home Advantage (lease) pricing, it is $5 higher, and includes the local channels.
