YES, PER DVR RECEIVER unless you sub to AEP, then no dvr fees at all. So for 94.99 you can get AEP with locals or top 250 and all 4 premium movie packs and your locals. THIS is the best deal in DISH's programming.
Also you have to keep all dual tuner dvrs plugged into a phone line or they will ding you for another $5.00 for the no phone line connection fee. If you want the hd pack you can add it for another $20.00 to the AEP.
The only other way to avoid the fee is to sub to the DVR ADVANTANGE pack for top 200 at 49.99 or top 250 for 59.99 . THis will include your locals and no dvr fee so you will save $3.98 a month over regular way of doing it. **Be warned that this will still only cover 1 dvr on your account and that the other dvrs will STILL have a DVR fee.
