High Signal Strength, No Picture?

Need advice: we live in North Atlanta. All my OTA channels show high signal strength--97 or higher. However, our ABC affiliate WSB on Freq. 39 is not coming in properly -- pixillation, "lost signal" message, etc. It was happening this morning at same time its signal strength was showing 98. All the other locals are fine. The problem comes and goes, usually happens when my wife's favorite show is on.

Suggestions please?

Might be a Multipath (e.g. reflections) problem as one possibility. Do you have buildings, trees, airports (planes flying by) or the like? Can you verify the antenna is pointing generally in the right direction for this station by using antennaweb.org?

If you can't get it figured out here, check out the Antenna forum at http://www.hometheaterspot.com/htsthreads/postlist.php/Cat/0/Board/UBB55 - there's some pretty knowledgeable antenna-heads that frequent that forum that might have some additional advice.
