Hopper checks configuration every morning ....

I just got my hopper and dish hooked up on Monday. When I start up my box in the morning it checks configuration. Is this normal? Thanks

Seems like when i first turn it on in the morning-say 8-9ish

Next time you see this... Take note of the number in the top right corner of the popup...

Is it something to do with "System Integrity Check?" If so, do you have external hard drives connected?
