Have you tried re-booting (plug pull) the Hopper?
 
Ill try that when I get home from work. You think that would fix the timer issue? As far as backing up my timers from the remote?
 
It sounds like just a viewing glitch, so the reset would likely fix that.
 
I have had this happen and unplugging for 15 minutes or so brought it all back.

Wish that would have cured my loss of programs and I had known of that trick. It said "all programs were lost but timers were saved." Timers were saved in remote only. And yes I lost a near full disk of programs that I was reorganizing--switching from HDD by IMDb rating to alphabetic, so that it does not change every week. After the second time in a week that it lost them all, I asked and received a new HWS. I cannot replace many of those movies. Maybe some day they will come by again.
