Hopper Dish Cinema question

My wife ordered a Dish Cinema movie to watch later. When we tried to watch it on the other Hopper, we can see it but can't watch it.

What am I doing wrong?

How long ago? There is a time limit, but not sure exactly how long. I want to say 24 hrs but not certain.

You say you can see it but can't watch it. What happens when you try to watch it? Do you get an error? Blank screen?

It just said close. We have two hoppers. She rented it in one room came to the other to watch it and couldn't
