Was adding some new timers tonight after PTAT time was over, was in process of transferring some recordings from external hard drive to main drive as well and noticed the preview window of what's currently playing froze while I was doing it but adding timers was working fine then all of the sudden the whole screen went black. I waited about 5 minutes and still black. I go to the front of the Hopper and the green power light is on. I then tried the power button on the remote and it doesn't do anything (green light on front stays light, screen still black.

Should I unplug the Hopper then plug it back in? I'm going to let it sit overnight first but otherwise I don't see any other choice.
