hopper s234 software

most recent software...black screen...no support is the message. after audio losses...screen pixel..now this. any ideas?

I have two hoppers..3 joeys. since the software update..s234..one of the hoppers has beeen bad on pixelation...and audio drops. if u hit rewind to try to duplicate it....its no longer there..like it fixed itself. we fixed the issue above..by unplugging the hopper. reset..was saying no data...witj jjst a black screen. living room hopper is not doing this as bad. but in bedroom..loss of audio..and screen pixels gettin pretty dern bad. guessin its due to new software..just started doin this.

no...random spots...recordings..live tv

seems to be fixed...since unplugging it for a few minutes
