ive aimed little dishes before. Its a litte hard .But this 10 foot dish, do you just point it south and expect to get something? how hard are thse to aim then the little ones.

are we talking analog or digital?

Analog is easy...move the dish until a picture comes in (obviously you have to have the analog box on a channel). Example is G4/G16 TP16 (Shepherd's Chapel)..When I aimed the 6 footer at G4 I tuned up TP16 and started moving the dish in the vicinity. Picture went from fuzzy to clear as I tuned it in.

Digital is harder. You have to be nuts on for a good signal. If you have an analog box the best thing to do is rough the spot with analog then fine tune it in with digital.

1. I noticed the bottom bolt of my h-h mount is bent? is it supposed to be? will it hurt it?
2. how do i sycn the motor? set it to G3 on the box the manualy point it to G3?

Alos wich way does the lnb go? The quadpod for the lnb bolts to the dish. It can be rotated so the lnb is up down or left-right which way does the lnb point?
