How many getting prompted to install / reinstall dish/sling plugin to watch tv/dvr content?

Looking to find out how many people are having the problem where they are repeatedly getting prompted to install or reinstall the Dish Plugin when going to Dish Remote Access, DishOnline.com or any other Dish/Sling site that is related to one of their domains...

Its not going anywhere outside of this site (yet) its more to find out if people are just accepting this condition or not getting enough help to look at the issue with fresh eyes, and see if there's a common problem from an older plugin.

Would also ask anyone having the problem... id in line by line fashion:

OS: computer OS *include whether 32 or 64 bit for xp, vista, & 7 users

Browsers used: (IE 7, IE8, IE9 ... and whether knowingly running 32 or 64 bit versions of those browsers, Firefox, other)

Browser most effected: browser you use most often, or if using more than one, where one works, the other does not ... etc.

Any version info for plugin: .... usually you can right click the "view window" and see version information, however this may not match with what is listed for your "add on" and it would be important to know that what you see with the right click, is the same or different from what IE or Firefox shows as the "installed" plugin

Note.. I'm not promising anything.. but if we can find a common thread and find that there are multiples of you out there.. maybe we can get Dish to devote some resource time to this problem!
