how to directv in panama

hello i need help with something i live in panama central america and i want to know if i wanted to subscribe with directv what satelite should i point my dish to and do you think theres good signal here in panama

Probably not, would need a ginormous dish pointing all crazy. Gl though, directv will not issue you a contract to panama either, but i know thats not what your asking

Some years back there was a guy on another forum somewhere in Central America getting the DirecTV 101 sat with a huge dish, I think it was around maybe 18 feet in diameter , he posted a pic that I should have saved, the dish was mounted on the flat roof of a building.

I know Dishnet tightened up their beams sometime back and a lot of ppl "down south" lost signals on some of the Dishnet sats with their current set-ups.

Not sure if the DirecTV fringe area has changed with all the newer sats.....
