Hi. I am trying to place an order for a basic service plus international channel, but I don't see any option to choose a very basic service ($ 9.99) on directv.com. Is it hidden or is it just unavailable? Thanks.

A basic package only sold in combination with an international package. Use the telephone and call D*.

thanks, boba. I initially had called to order over the phone, but the rep. told me that if I go to the website to order a new service, I won't pay a $ 19.95 shipping and handling. Couldn't find an option at all. Well, I think I need to call them back.
