How to setup my coolsat 5000?

I just moved in to a new place that had a coolsat 5000 laying around in a drawer. There is a DTV dish (i think it's DTV, it might be DN?) in the backyard. I was just curious as to if i can set it up to get some OTA channels?

Edit: I live in 95131 and the sat is just mounted to my wooden deck in the back yard. Very easy to adjust if needed.

hmm so if i bought a 30"+ dish, would i be able to use the existing wiring for it?

That 30 or 36" dish would require a Standard or Universal LNB.
What your old dish has is a circular LNB which isn't what you need.

otherwise the box is a good one. Have had my 5000 for 3 years now (I think...the time flies) with no issues
