HR20 in SF Bay Area?

I've heard that the spot beam can only get as large as 160 miles, in circumference, and that would be less as the beam would be elongated on the west coast.

It really doesn't matter if you are in the spot beam, it all goes by the zip code db they have you in.
I am clearly in the Detroit FSN HD area, but not able to get the HD signal due to the antiquated zip code DB, I hope they adjust that soon

I used that before, I was hoping that maybe, just maybe that it was wrong. I was hoping someone else in this area with a HR20 already might be able to confirm the FSNBA HD channel 96.

If I'm getting the games in SD already why cannot I get them in HD?

Does it depend on the franchise market?
