HR24 interconnect through coax

I'm having trouble getting my HR24 connecting to the internet through the coax. I have the DECA Broadband adapter hooked up and all my other receivers (H21, HR20, & HR21) can access the internet just fine through the DECA Network adapters. But these are not supposed to be required with the HR24.

Other than the networking, the HR24 is working just fine. Does MRV need to be active to force the HR24 to connect through the coax?

You don't also have an ethernet cable connected to the HR24 connector, do you?
If so, remove it as it disables the internal DECA interface.

Nope. All I have is the coax. And everything is hooked up through a SWM16.

So, when you go into network setup, what IP addresses do you see on your HR24 and any one of your receivers/dvrs that work? And did you just add the HR24, or did this work before and the problem just start? Items that are very important to know to troubleshoot an issue like this.
