HTC Tracker System V controller info

Couple questions.

Does this controller output 36V to the lead screw?
Anyone have pin out info for the back of the unit (I do not have one but have an offer for one). Or copy of instructions?

HTS Tracker 5? Yes, a 36VDC output for a motor.
