I notice in 3:4 mode the sides of the picture are cut off. Other channels seem to display fine.
I am using the component video out and a CRT TV, not the HDMI.
Receiver set to 4:3LB, auto or 4:3PS makes no difference, 16:9 shows the whole picture but everything is too tall and skinny. Tried playing with the TV settings but that messes it up even worse. Maybe they are sending this in a different format from the standard aspect ratios? It is sort of between 16:9 and 3:4?
Not a big issue, just an observation...

Seems to display fine on the Azbox -> HDtv using HDMI...

I am having a different problem with hunting beach. I have always had a black background in the evening with my other receivers. With the HDmicro I am now getting a blue background in the evenings. I am using HDMI but I also used HDMI with the azbox. Any ideas?

Camera video settings are messed up. Maybe the deeper blue color makes the surfers want to shop for new apparel?
