I am just as confused as hell

Okay, so put up the 200 bones for the H10 and was patiently waiting for the upgrade to hit Baltimore. Now the lease thing. Here are my questions:

1) I put the money into this thing. If the upgrade doesn't hit my area until after March 1, then when it does, I'll be leasing a H20. Should I BUY an H20 now and wait for the upgrade? Are they now allowing us to buy these on our own and still give us the rebate?

2) Do I just sit tight and wait for the upgrade, with the idea obviously being that I'd be leasing an H20 (though there shouldn't be a lease fee because it's my primary receiver) and so in the end it's still no money out of my pocket?

3) Am I signing a new agreement to add to the 2 years I already have?

Good God, this is the last thing I expected and just confusing as hell to me.

I did not see the press release.
That would be great news, because I would rather buy , than pay forever on something that I would have paid for several times over if the unit is any good, I generally keep it till it doesn't work.
